About Ashley

Ashley Warwick, E-RYT is a yoga teacher and public speaker, offering dynamic yoga classes, teacher trainings, and philosophy lectures in northern New Hampshire and Vermont under the business name Mountain Creek Yoga. All of Ashley's public classes are held at Studium Fitness which sits along the riverfront in Littleton, NH. Her alignment-focused vinyasa flow classes are smooth, fun, and energetic, encouraging each student to find their rhythmic breath and reconnect to their own sense of aliveness. Gentler modifications are offered as well as deeper and more challenging variations for those who crave a little fire. Ashley encourages her students to reconnect to their core essence through intention setting, strong movement, and breathwork.

Ashley completed her SmartFlow® yoga teacher training with renowned "teacher's teacher" Annie Carpenter in 2012. She taught for four years at several of Los Angeles’s premier yoga studios before relocating to the Northeast in 2016. In addition to weekly public classes and teacher trainings, Ashley is also an adjunct instructor at Northern Vermont University- Lyndon, teaching courses in yoga studies as well as vocal and musical performance.

Expect to move, breathe, and sweat! This energetic yoga practice encourages each student to find their own rhythmic breath and reconnect to their sense of aliveness while refining effective body alignment within each posture. Gentler modifications are offered as well as more challenging variations for those who crave a little fire. Based on sun salutations as well as deep holds, postures are linked with the breath and a strong focus is made to bring awareness to the body-mind-spirit connection. Each person is invited to modify the shapes and take rest to fit their individual needs. ALL body types and all levels are welcome and celebrated! Not advised for students working with recent injuries. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.

Online Classes

With the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19 throughout the world, all of my classes have been moved to an online-only format for the foreseeable future.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Register for class by clicking the link below, or by going to www.StudiumFitness.com or through the Pike13 app. *

2. A link to the live class will be emailed to you 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the class. All of my classes are hosted through Zoom. You may be prompted to download the Zoom Messenger app, but you will not be required to create an account. 

3. All classes will be recorded and available to watch for 24 hours following the livestream. For those who are registered but did not attend the live class, a second email will be sent out containing the link to the recorded class. 

*Any class cancellations must be completed before the link is sent out. Otherwise you will be signed in and you will be charged for the class.
